Thank you for the great service, honesty, and transparency. The Ford dealer mechanic lied and recommended $4000 worth of unnecessary repairs. I had the Techs at Shige’s take a look and nothing was wrong with my vehicle. All the bushings and rubber was still brand new. What a relief. You get the same customer service in person as you do on the phone. The pictures of the under side of my Truck were great. Thanks

I am over the moon by the care given to me and my car on my recent visit, all involved were very attentive and did an amazing job to get my car repaired and explained everything to me that needed to be done, what was done and what needs to be done. My dad and I took our cars to Shige 30 years ago and it is nice to see his son John is keeping his now retired dad’s business a tradition and thriving. I give them 6 stars. :)
