I had a problem (mysterious 'PROBLEM' light) on my 2008 Prius, and as usual, the great team (this time it was John) at Shige's dealt with it, even though it was a Saturday afternoon and I had NO appointment! Actually, 'usual' is the wrong word--extraordinary is always the word that first comes to mind when I think of Shige's.
