I am impressed with the positive change taking place with servicing my car at Shige’s. Have been a long time customer and always trusted the quality of work performed there. Now the climate has changed in terms of customer service. All of the front office workers are very friendly and willing to help you in anyway. Now that I don’t have a second car, it is little more difficult for me to drop off and pick-up my car but with their private shuttle service, problem solved. It’s easy for me to schedule an appointment knowing they will help me with that problem. Thanks for thinking about your customers.

I had my previous car towed to Shiges and although they gave me bad news about my engine, for 2 weeks, Brian G. along with his manager tried to find every option to make my situation easier. They even did an diagnostic on what now is my 2nd car before finalizing the purchase and found some details about the car that wasn't revealed on the Carfax. Even the mechanic Andy came out and spoke to me with additional information on the car. They have a customer FOR LIFE.

Have used Shige's for many years and would not continue service if they were not good! No pressure and honesty u can count on. Harry

The best car service I have ever been too. Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. As a car repair company, they are very transparent and honest about the work required on your car. Mike is super awesome! This is where i will be taking my car from now on.
