OMG I am so thankful to Richard and Andrew! They saved me! I was having problems with my 2019 Lexus and been to multiple shops and couldn’t get the problem fixed. I came here and within an hour they told me the problem and was able to make the repairs. Thank you so much you guys saved me from buying a new car!

Fair and competent. Been going to Shige for decades now and he will never upsell you or over charge. As a woman I’ve had to deal with mansplaining and condescension by mechanics my whole life but never have I experienced that here. They are respectful and professional. And most importantly they do the job well.

They provide you with a detailed list of necessary repairs along with photos of any possible problems needing addressing. Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I took my 2012 Nissan in over a year ago and both Andrew and Brian had me at hello! The warm welcome, great customer service and knowledge is superb! The mechanics are true magicians! This is the only auto shop I have ever experienced being so detailed and professional communication techniques! The prices are reasonable and suggestions for future repair is only suggested never pushed! I will never take my car to another shop after the wonderful experience I have had with Shiges auto! There was only one negative review and it was from someone who clearly had the wrong auto repair shop! I will be visiting soon because my car is due for an oil change! Happy Holidays
