Fair and competent. Been going to Shige for decades now and he will never upsell you or over charge. As a woman I’ve had to deal with mansplaining and condescension by mechanics my whole life but never have I experienced that here. They are respectful and professional. I took my 2012 Nissan in over a year ago and both Andrew and Brian had me at hello! The warm welcome, great customer service and knowledge is superb! The mechanics are true magicians! This is the only auto shop I have ever experienced being so detailed and professional communication techniques! The prices are reasonable and suggestions for future repair is only suggested never pushed! I will never take my car to another shop after the wonderful experience I have had with Shiges auto!
