Friendly guys, great service and reasonable prices! Made an appointment for CVT transmission fluid change and front/rear differential fluids on my Subaru. Easy online appointment scheduling. They even were nice enough to take photos that I requested because I was curious on how bad the fluid was. Thank you Shige’s Premier Auto Service! I’ll definitely be back.

Great guys, great service! I needed to get work done on my new 4Runner. Safe to say I’ll be coming here for all maintenance going forwards. I knew walking in the door that this was a good mechanic. The facility is clean and well-maintained so you know the shop takes pride in their work. The service advisors were kind and respectful and the waiting area is well stocked with water and coffee. Work was done very well and efficiently, got my inspection, oil change, and driveshaft serviced all within 1.5 hours of dropping off my keys. Prices are very competitive. So you are paying a good price for good service. I will say that this shop doesn’t take walk-in’s so make sure you make an appointment online.

I am so pleased with Shige's Auto Repair! We were in LA for Thanksgiving vacation and one of the bearings went out in our Subaru Forester. Andrew was able to get us in at 8 am the next day and had the job finished before noon! Even in the midst of their post holiday rush! Then someone actually came out and showed us the bad bearing so we could see the actual damage. This made my engineer husband very very happy! Most places would never take the time to do that! All I can say is I am so thankful for Shige's and their excellent customer service and care for our vehicle!

I stopped by recently without an appointment because the undercarriage cover on my Toyota was dragging. Luckily, Andrew and Brian were able to take a quick look and order the necessary part. Together with some additional regular maintenance items that were due, my car was fixed by the following morning. I was very pleased with the customer service and repair work, but not surprised. Over the years, my experiences at Shige's have all been positive and the costs in line with estimates obtained from other shops. You can count on their honest service recommendations, too.

I was going to Vegas during our recent heatwave and my AC didn’t feel as cold as it usually did so I decided to have it checked out. My regular mechanic was booked up and I needed to have it done before driving out into the desert so I called Shige’s. They’re a bit more expensive than my regular guy but I know Shige’s can be trusted and they do things right. They checked out the system and found it just needed to be cleaned out so everything was done in less than a day. The staff there is very professional and helpful. As I stated before, it’s not the cheapest shop around but if having a repair done correctly is your main objective, you can count on this shop to get it completed the right way.

Andrew was very kind, he explained everything very well and even sent me a video showing me that the A/C compressor clutch was not working properly. My A/C is working perfectly.
