I stumbled across Shige’s simply by driving by. I took a chance and brought my car in for a repair. I was impressed about the courtesy,, professionalism, and fairness of this place! Wish I had discovered Shige’s years ago when I was being overcharged by the car dealership when I took my car in for repairs. I have recommended Shige’s to a co-worker and she was impressed and she recommended Shige’s to her family members.

Awesome Auto Service Center.....The new location is a state of the art. The customer lounge is exceptional luxurious with drinks and snacks. John and his crew are very reliable and honest, you can always talk directly to the mechanic just like in the doctors office, that you can always talk to your kids pediatrician, in my case it is Andy, MD (Doctor of Mechanic) who is very professional and knowlegeable, it is truly customer experience!!! No wonder I have been Shiges avid customer since 1995!!!!

Impeccable service and the crew at Shige's are so easy to deal with. Their honesty and integrity are welcomed since the only thing we know about our cars is how to turn the key. Going to the dealers was always stressful because of the "needed" services they seemed to recommend on each visit. I met John (the owner) a few weeks back and he told me all about his business. My wife’s car needed some brakes, so I thought that I would give Shiges a try. I was COMPLETELY SATISFIED!! It is truly hard to find a reliable and trustworthy mechanic shop and these guys hit it out of the park!!! I have not stopped bragging about this place to all of my co-workers, friends and family!!! This was my first time coming to the shop. I came here on a recommendation from a friend. Shige's is the definition of customer service. What I thought was awesome. Is that I trust them completely on my first visit. The inspection that they did. They show you proof of what your car needs. They do a detail inspection of your car. They take pictures of what needs repair. It's not your typical mechanic place where you have to put your trust in their hands. Just because they said your radiator is leaking or something else. Shige's shows you the proof by taking pictures. Completely awesome. State of the art shop. I appreciate John and Mike. They greeted me and made me feel great about coming in. Mike called me. Recommended an oil change, new wipers and new tires for my car. He worked with my budget of the tires I wanted. Great service from both of them. Again thank you John and Mike. I appreciate your great shop and service. I will be back. I already recommended the shop to multiple people. Plus my car feels great with the service they provided.

Thank you for the great service, honesty, and transparency. The Ford dealer mechanic lied and recommended $4000 worth of unnecessary repairs. I had the Techs at Shige’s take a look and nothing was wrong with my vehicle. All the bushings and rubber was still brand new. What a relief. You get the same customer service in person as you do on the phone. The pictures of the under side of my Truck were great. Thanks
