Just had Timing belt replaced for 200,000 mileage Camry in one full day, yesterday! (This requires a lot more than just Timing belt.) Last year, they took pictures of the area where the services were required soon at that time so that I was able to prioritize the maintenance schedule. And their rental car service was so convenient that I didn't need to arrange the rides with anyone! John is sincere and spend time with the customers for the explanation of the current condition(s) of the parts and why the repair(s) is/are necessary using the pictures, sample parts, etc. and suggest the better approach for the customers. Shige's is one of the best local small businesses I need for long time for my vehicles.

Quick, professional, friendly, and PERFECT service as always! Shige's just opened a state of the art, spot-on new service center location. You can do just about anything if you desire to wait for your vehicle being serviced. Computer area, gaming area (adults and kids), wifi, huge television screen, and yes, fresh brewed coffee (Starbucks). Shige's Premier Service Center just keeps getting better! Thanks guys!
