After spending thousands of dollars at a Lexus dealership, I was referred to Shige's Auto Services. I must say the service was above and beyond what I expected. Staff is friendly and courteous and the work was exceptional.

I really like the customer first business model. The initial contact staff greeted me immediately and was very knowledgeable of my car. Their inspection of the vehicle was very detailed and extensive. Inspecting my air filter and cabin air filter is not easy but they did it. All the services they did on the car was done correctly and no trace of any leftover oil or grease. They even cleaned the engine cover. This was my first encounter with them and it won't be the last.
