Shige's replaced my tires initially but when I drove on the freeway I could feel a roughness at round 60 mph. They rebalanced the tires the next day but again I could still feel the roughness. They felt that the tire construction probably did not match my Subaru. They then replaced all the tires and balanced them. That solved the roughness and it's fine up to 80 mph and probably beyond. The point is that they were quick to solve my problem and was willing to take a loss when they exchanged the tires. No arguments or excuses. They addressed my concerns and solved it. Thanks Shige's.
