Took my Lexus for brakes and possible new struts(recommended by dealer). Find out that no need to replace struts, just brakes. Service is always professional never trying up-sell you on product you don't need. Thank you Steve for your assistance.

Excellent auto service shop! Customer service is honest and friendly. My technician Steve is knowledgeable and answered all my random questions about cars. He took the time to explain what services they performed and what I will need to do in the future. They have snacks and drinks for customers who wait in the shop and the waiting area is so clean! They work by mostly appointments but that gives them the time to invest in each vehicle and customer. I never felt rushed and didn’t leave the shop confused like I always did with the dealership service department. This is the best auto shop I’ve ever been to, I will definitely be a repeat customer and also refer anyone in need of auto service.

Had an appointment for 8:00 am the next morning and called to see if I could drop off car and leave it overnight. Got the 👌. When I went to drop it off Jon said if I had a few moments he'd take care of my battery replacement right now so I didn't have to come back. Not a long or hard job, but saved me time and a trip back. Thoughtful!
