Kyle was friendly and professional and gave a clear explanation of the issue and service(s) required. The customer area was tidy and welcoming. The service was done in a timely, professional manner as well. My only suggestions for improvement are the following: Suggest the staff adjust their double computer screens such that when customers enter the office, they can see the staff. I was greeted in a friendly manner when I entered, but I couldn't tell who was speaking to me (: I did not receive a call about the status of my vehicle as promised, but I was promptly cared for when I called in to check on the car. Also, for the 2 main services I received, the price of one was more than the dealer would have charged and the price of the other was lower than the dealer's price. It evened out in the end, but I guess I was expecting a bit more savings by choosing Shige's over the dealer. All in all, I was happy with the service I received at Shige's - as I have been in the past.
