Every time I bring my car here, the customer service is excellent and the staff are all very friendly. I trust Shige’s with my car because they always tell me what is going on in detail and they try to save me money by doing the priority instead of suggesting to do a complete list of “necessary repairs” that other dealerships or auto shops will prepare for you (even if you car doesn’t really need those repairs). I love how HONEST and TRUSTWORTHY they are, and we need more auto shops that embody these characteristics. I would highly recommend Shige’s to anyone in need of a big car repair, oil change, and whatever else you need car-related.

Always over the top VIP service. Attention to detail can't be matched. There is no other place like Shige's to service and have repairs performed your vehicle. Even the tire guys at Shige's match the tire markings perfectly to the valve stem. Tire shops don't even do that and they are specialized.

I had a windshield problem along with the sensors not working. It was a while since I had the oil changed. I don’t drive the car far but at least twice a week. Being a woman I was leery about being taken advantage of. I know that is a big complaint. Service found the windshield problem which was due to being on the snow mode. The sensors were turned off for some reason. I had taken my car to the car wash two days prior. I ended up just paying for an oil change even though Shige’s performed a long list of tests. I feel very confident in my bringing my car here for further services. Randy brought me home too! Thanks‼️

Service time: Super fast! Service quality: Excellent! Staffs: Friendly! I took in my wife's RAV4 for side mirror replacement. They were fully booked however because our need was somehow emergency they agreed to take a look at the car on the same day. After looking at the damage, they were able to get an estimate and specially order the part immediately. I left the car with them to avoid driving the car without one of the mirrors, and they offered to call in an uber for me at first then realized one of the staffs had an errand to run so he offered to give me a ride. They were able to replace the mirror the next day morning and my wife was able to pick it up during lunch time. I checked out the car when she came home and repair was done very well and professionally. We'd recommend this shop to anyone!

Shige’s has been providing excellent mechanical service and customer service for me since 1986. The owner Shige was always honest and ethical in his work practices and his son John is continuing to uphold great family values and work ethic. All of the employees are kind and courteous and will explain in detail any issues with your vehicle. The repairs completed on my vehicles over the years have been completed to my satisfaction always. I will continue to utilize Shige’s for any vehicle I own. Keep up the great work!
