Don't forget there is a Premier in the name , and they are , took my 04 Toyota Highlander with a bad alternator , first time here my co workers says " take it to Shige's . and i've known this place 30 yrs plus when I used to deliver to Gardena , now I live around there. Even though its my first time to take my vehicle there , I know I can trust them , there's something you can feel about them that's just right. Better than dealer , they send you pics of liquids , parts , pass or fail , etc. They are straight up no cheap parts , mine replaced with Denso part , my original lasted 16 years. See you soon .

I always take my vehicle to Shige's because I like the service provided. I've been taking my vehicles to Shige's for over 25 years when Shige managed the business with his wife and son, John. I like the detail reports provided after my vehicle is serviced and appreciate the cost of service and/or repairs, which is usually less than taking my vehicle to the dealership. The office staff is friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with. Of course, since the pandemic began, I have not taken my vehicle to Shige's as much as in previous years, so, it is nice to know that John and the others still remember me (Ha, ha).

Great work as always. I love this place because the Technicians as I call them are SO KNOWLEDGEABLE in the dynamics of vehicle operation. They are the best!
