Came for a last minute oil change on my only day off and they were able to squeeze me in quickly and were super polite and helpful. They even gave me water and some food while I waited which was cool. While I waited I was also able to schedule an appointment for my girlfriend’s car. I’ll be coming here regularly going forward.

Great service from start to finish. The guys at the front (Andrew and Cruz) were both very knowledgeable and informative on the process with my vehicle and gave great recommendations. The mechanic service itself was also great as my car's starter and ignition were completely fried but after the fixes its like brand new on it. Very fair pricing considering the labor it takes to get your car fixed and they have very comparable prices on the parts needed to fix the car up. Overall a great team and great place to take your car. Its honest people here who are very transparent with costs.

Visited Shige's Premier for the first time after a recommendation from a friend. I am hear to tell you, if I could give them more than 5 stars I would. The customer service I received there was beyond what I ever have experienced before. All of the employees there are very pleasent and it looked like they all enjoy working there. I took my car in and was helped by Cruz. He was very helpful. He let me know what needed to be done right away and what I could hold off on just a little bit longer, I really appreciate his honesty and the great service I received there.

This place is honestly one of the worst experiences I have ever had fixing a car. Brian gave me 3 different prices after calling me twice. I understand the parts were different. What I didn't understand is why I now needed to pay for an extra diagnostic. I already needed a diagnostic and he got extremely rude with me when questioning him. I don't recommend this auto repair shop. They couldn't figure out the problem. My check engine light is still on and I paid for diagnostic 2x. My car had to be towed to the dealership, because it wouldn't start after getting home.
